Kings of Leon
Kings of Leon has been on repeat on our ipods for weeks! This band consists of three brothers Nathan, Caleb and Jared Followill and their cousin Matthew Followill. Brought up by a Pentecostal preacher, the brothers were forbidden to listen to secular music and were home schooled. The start of their pursuit in music came after their Father, Leon, resigned from the church and divorced his wife. The two oldest Followill brothers moved to Nashville to break into music business. By 2000 they had a manager and by 2002 chose RCA Record to be their label among eight others that took an interest in them.
